Social media giants Facebook, TikTok and Instagram have come underfire after investigations have found that the platforms are directing harmful content towards young teens within 24 hours of accounts going live. In light of this - is it too dangerous these days to give kids under 18 a smartphone? Brenda certainly thinks so.
