Seek a therapist when the burden of your problems is too heavy to carry.3. Read, read, read and educate yourself to be presentable in discussions. 4. Be honest.

@@Ette397 I got that part, but hormones don't change fundamental physiology such as the neck sinews and huge hands. The five o'clock shadow, possibly due to testosterone, but we hear about this "deformity" but no specifics. Smoke and mirrors...?
