Fang for high defense monsters, tent whip or rapier for low def. Imo though, don't train def or attack. Your account will benefit much more if you just gain xp while bossing rather than training skills that honestly make no difference. Most bosses have an xp multiplier as well, I've gained over 30m str xp just doing toa

I know that it is unrelated, as I have not seen anyone talking about it and may be useful to certain players, but the telekinetic grab delay removal is actually really nice for passive magic xp during combat. I am currently ranging blue dragons in Taverley Dungeon for a Konar task and averaging ~15k-20k mage xp/hr while training range and slayer. I am sure there are other monsters that it could be useful for too. I just wanted to share with everyone.

it gives you half of the exp/damage you'd normally get from combat, but it can fire up to 8 times per rotation (one attack per tick) and max a 30 or 35. the exp/hr is pretty decent if you put it in a good spot

So if anyone still wanna know 800-382k= 419 so 209range xp in 2.25 hours so thats like 93k range an hour. The cannon damage killed 53% of spiders an so made 9,4m-1,7= 7.7m "extra" with cannon. Not 100% since it takes time to fill but surely cannon makes money and xp

Osrs economy is trying to mimick rs3 economy. You can do semi endgame bossing for 35-70M gp/hr and endgame full gear is over 70B+. Rip osrs economy lol. So much gold entering the game at such low requirements.
