I did! That was Wasteland Wanderer back on NAGG. It was on Navezgane, and I went city by city and "conquered navezgane" in a complete wasteland state.

This episode made me remember the old 7 days to die. Just completely neglecting quests to spam raid pois. Back on consoles old patch a friend and I built on the farm and made it a goal to fully raid the town. Until the farm poi refreshed and wiped our base because the old patch just hated us like that.

Ah yes, pre quests in A16 it was all about driving around the server and looking for loot respawn or the rare untouched resources. Mines were the lifeblood since looting was never enough to get by when building bases and bullets. Now all you need are infection quests and you never need bullets again lol. Well, at least until you start making AP rounds.

@Genosis man I still do the ammo mines. I gotta stop, it's like day 13 in my solo and I have over a thousand 762 ammo crafted. It's just so easy to mine at night, drop a hatch behind you and come back with way to much gunpowder

If you have loot respawn enabled, put the mark on the house as well as the day you looted it.

That's handy for long term gameplay; in this particular series I move from one biome to the next, so re-looting is unlikely to happen.

Completely unrelated to the video, but I just wanted to share my excitement. Today I discovered two covers of "Fox on the Run", originally by Sweet. One recorded by the Regrettes, the other by Girlscool. It's _very_ different from the music you usually put in your videos, but give them a listen. Girlschool in particular are fun.

In my game I'm using knife/bow, the knife is actually very good once it has a few points, mods etc. Also I have a small modlet installed that shows zombie hit points which is great to watch when they are bleeding and sometimes see you can ignore the ones that are bleeding out before they can get to you.

I do missing the hit points from some mods where enabled, otherwise you have to reside to the unknown and terror of "oh god why wont this die" sometimes lol

im liking how this series is going its always fun watching Daph game then your videos. Loving the new things for 1.0 even though i have seen from many that loot is not a easy thing. Zombies dont drop much at all and the traders are rough too. So you almost have to loot every place you come to

Yeah the quest rewards aren't as good as they used to be I noticed, but I am enjoying the series so far and the first move will be the first major event to set the pace of the series

Ha yeah that's another good way to go. I do like the map system too, I can get a top down view of my looting. I can remove the markers pretty quick

@@Genosis You can still technically mark the map with a large block, they show up on the map if ya do a quick 'x' out of boxes. lol

I place a couple of construction blocks in the road to let me know where I was up to, then just move them to the next place when I have to return to base.

That works in a pinch, I do like the overhead mode for planning though!

​@Genosis for the bigger cities I use storage boxes. Generally, on a crossroad and use a way point to let me know where I am up to, but I use the construction blocks for rows of houses. I use the nameable way points for resources like coal iron ect. I do have too much time on my hands so I play for around 12 hours per day with a 5-10 minute break every hour so I tend to clear things before I forget were I'm up to. Games have come a long way since space invaders and it has been enjoyable watching them evolve.

Could be a simple enough mod once you get the idea on how to generate unity files and reference them via XML. I mean, I did it for my drone mod. Could have fun with it!

Gen, GNS dropped a video today on 10 quality of life mods updated for 1.0. Might want to check that out if there are other mods you might want to get. There were some pretty good ones listed.

You can sneak, it's just much worse. Would need the mods in the armor, points in sneaking, etc. Would never be the same as a rogue/assassin outfit, but still not bad

That specifies "diner seats" if I recall, and its quick to get if you find a diner. There was an update in how those challenges count progress, so maybe its better now
