That Zora mask trick reminds me of Ground Jump / Bomb Jumping in OoT, and it looks so easy that anyone who can put on a mask or jump up a normal ledge could do it. I wonder what kind of trouble you could get yourself into in Great Bay with that sequence breaker...

Another great vid guys! Something you may not know is that, like the Happy Mask Salesman, the sword instructor at the dojo is the only other character in the game who will give a unique reaction to every mask you wear upon speaking to him (he even suspects you're nearby while wearing the stone mask!) Other honorable mentions for this go to the kid guarding the alley, the trading post owner, and the trading post's part-time evening worker; all of them each give unique reactions to about half of your masks (the last of whom is also a fan of the Indigo-Gos, which he makes evident if you speak to him while wearing the zora mask)

@@KairuHakubi you cant skip it bud. Mirror shield is required, and you cant get into the well in reverse to grab it as there is another sun block there, one you cannot climb onto off.

@@KairuHakubi I didnt. You get it IN the well, which means you can’t skip the Gibdo quest since, as I explained, you cannot do the well in reverse. By doing a gainer into the castle all you do it let yourself get the pillar heart piece early. You cannot beat Igos to learn elegy as that requires mirror shield, which as I reiterated, is in well behind Gibdo. If you have mirror then you don’t need to gainer into the castle and already did Gibdo.

Another great vid, always look forward to these videos of Zelda trivia! One suggestion I have (though you may already have this idea for next vid) is that you can skip a good portion of Ikana Castle, including the Wizrobe battle, by throwing the powder keg as a goron while on the ledge over the fence so it will blow up the crack which lets sunlight into the main room when you first go outside! I tried it last time and felt so great!!

I adore this so much! I got one fact to share that I’ve never seen documented. You know how when you hit a stone wall, it’s supposed to make a clank sound? Well, if you go to the entrance of west clock town, right beside the clock tower, on the very end of that wall near the shallow pool, it’ll make a wood chopping sound on a wall that’s clearly made of stone! Only on that specific part of the wall. I know right!? Super interesting! Also Romani can be found in Romani Ranch on the second day. Not a lot of people seem to know that.

Yeah, but you have to be super close and it doesn't do much damage since you're hitting them with their own element, which they resist. I find it more interesting that they're weak to Light Arrows. Given that and the way they look, that particular incarnation of Wizzrobe might be undead.

My cartridge had the training animation sequences... I remember laughing my ass off as a kid. Also my OOT cartridge included the fire temple song with voices (the original, cooler version). I guess my country got the rejected batches of the games

Honestly can we just marvel at the fact that OoT and MM both went through the totally unnecessary effort of letting you catch and release those fish? It has a whole animation for flopping around on the floor, which is a level of detail that was never necessary, and that's something video games are missing today. Sure, we have fancy high fidelity graphics and lighting, but the world's in those games are less interactive than ever. Devs will throw some cheap physics objects in and call it a day
