Do you have any tips for making canti’s head with the screen?this was exactly what I envisioned when I realized I wanted to cosplay canti but there aren’t many guides on how to get a functioning screen with the head

This is a modified Coby Kyros MID9742 tablet. It's one of the only consumer tablets that is in 4:3 aspect ratio like Canti and has a uniform border around all sides of the screen. It's an old and cheap tablet and hence lacks Bluetooth, so I soldered in some extensions to the volume buttons and used the Tasker app to write some utilities that, based on a series of memorized button presses, will trigger video to play. There are probably WAY easier and better-looking ways to do it (probably with something like a Raspberry Pi), but that was what I came up with given the budget and knowledge I had at the time. Side note: to see, I have two mirrors inside the helmet angled so that it lowers my field of view by about 4 inches and so I see through the grille on the mouth. Look up how a submarine periscope works, then do that, but upside down.
