Lord Marvel vs King Seiko and the Grand Seiko

I love the black Lord marvel with the black hands. I have the white version, great condition. How I'd love to find a way to add a sapphire dome. And save the acrylic with it's original band and wear the watch more often with the new band and sapphire, but i Believe that because of the way the acrylic crystal snaps in underneath the dial bezel means it's not possible?

Do they both have the 36000 bph movement?

Yes the king Seiko has movement 4502A.Lord marvel has 5740c.(Hand winding models).
