I got a SARX033 from Samurai Joy. Small shop and the owner was awesome. It's on the 3rd floor in Nakano, in the top (right?) corner down a ways from Jackroad. It's kind of tucked in a corner. Ended up getting my Grand Seiko in Kyoto at Big Moon.

Hey dude. Wanted to let you know that I just visited Osaka > Kyoto > Tokyo -- just returned -- and your video was a huge help in me getting right watches to commemorate my trip! This was my watch pilgrimage/honeymoon (to my wife, lol), and I picked up a Seiko GMT SBSC-009 (Japan Limited), a G-Shock GA-2100NNJ-8A, and a Kuoe Royal Smith from Kyoto. Got them at various spots - Bic Camera Yurakucho Tokyo, and Kyoto, and Bic camera from Osaka too. Also visited Nakano Broadway and it was a super cool collection of stores, too. But at that point I think I had filled my quota and was satisfied to go home with the 3 watches that I specifically came for - a JDM G Shock, Seiko, and a Kyoto-made one to beat. Thanks very much and keep doing what you're doing bro.

I spent time at the Kurono Aoyama Salon in January, and I saw the watch I really wanted to buy initially, the GMT 1. The lady who was talking to us informed me that they still had some in the back, as the VIPs hadn't collected since its release, and she could call her manager to see if I could take it instead. Unfortunately it was a few days before I left Japan, and I spent a large part of the budget travelling, but my god if I had the money I'd have taken it. It was gorgeous in person. I did, however, buy the book that you're seen reading with the Chronograph on. Really cool location, and I do recommend anyone to visit.

I'm sorry, but seriously the Seiko Tuna is just fantastic. I KNOW it's expensive, but once you brave it and take the leap on that model - you may just find it to be your daily wearer. The lume, the history, and the rarity factor outside of Japan and respect factor inside Japan make it worth it. once I did it (at GBP 15000 here in the UK) it fast became my favourite - leagues ahead of my 5 digit sea-dweller and equal I'd say to my favourite Breitling.
