Let us just appreciate that there is a reaction video on Lorde's Solar Power that is of a personal interpretation then of Ella singing and writing about her life experiences and emotions. And I think this reaction video beats all the rest for not following in celebrities "where have you been?", to wow that hit close to home. THANK YOU!!! @Cathy Jane

Okay. It's been a minute. I have checked out a ton of reactions regarding "Solar Power" LP by Lorde. I have made my own comments. I think now I have come to a conclusion. I'd like to know how you two feel about this. SP is Lorde's best album ever. That in no way diminishes her previous work. But this is a flawless treatment of songs set in a style as beautiful sonically as it is lyrically. If it lacks "seasoning" (as some have said) it's likely a little light on oregano or something. There are some who say that it is bland. I am lucky, I guess, to not possess their ears. Nothing bland anywhere from beginning to end that I can discern. Absolutely gorgeous renderings with more than pleasant ear worms. And, just to make sure that these times don't escape us, the added songs to the original (some say "standard") release are damn near perfect. "Hold No Grudge" may just be the Song of The Year" and possibly for years to come. Maybe I sound biased. But this I get for sure: Years from now, after all the Grammy Winners have dispersed to try to find their next box of formulaic magic to ascend to, "Solar Power" will still ring true as an album devoted to real life circumstances spanning the sixties into the thirties. Enjoy what's truly good while you truly can. I thank you for your reaction here. I'd love to know hoe you feel about it, say, in May or so of 2022. It will still be relevant, rest assured.

I think everyone wonders what could’ve been in life with Stoned at the Nail Salon. As someone who went through trauma as a child and deals with mental illness, I second guess pretty much everything in my life. What if I chose this or what if this were different, who would I be and where would I be? Would I have been worse off? Would I be a better person? Would I actually be happy with who I am?
