I’d say it still a good show. I mean like Lordi usually play medium sized venues to die hards but here it’s at a main stage festival and the crowd are clearly digging it. Festivals are exhausting so can’t give 100% every band but I’d say the crowd is at least hella sick for a Lordi show! Great setlist too! Jealous I couldn’t of been there!

Wear earplugs and it will be fine, you can also use drummer earplugs and you will hear them low, usually at shows I don't get my foam plugs full into the ear because sound gets to low for me, i started wearing earplugs after watching lordi at a small venue in 2015, loudest show i've ever been (the following times they lowered the volume)

I asume that people who comment on a Lordi video mostly is actually fans of Lordi so maybe it isn´t as big of a suprise to you guy how good of a band Lordi actually is!? I loved Hard Rock Hallelulja and some of the other classics like Devil Is a LOser and Blood Red Sandman when I was a kid, especially the videos. But like a year or two ago I decided to just explore them, while they are pretty uneven in my opinion, they do have some really cool songs. I especially was very VERY, impressed with the Lordiversity collection. It´s really not to be understated, that whole project is fucking incredably impressive. They nailed the sound of the songs and productions on each of those styles. Superflytrap, Skelectric Dinosaur and Abracadaver is my favorites! I get ridiculed by my friends when ever I bring up Lordi and that they are actually good. Because to them and myself as well before I dug a little deeper, they were the ridiculus horror band in stupid outfits that did Hard Rock Hallelulja in Eurovision on 2006.

Soundboard audio. You're hearing audio that was mixed for a live crowd, condensed into mp3 format...it's always going to sound strange. Only way to make a live concert sound good is to multi-track the performance and then mix/master it in a studio.

Yes, only the lead singer sings live, the rest of the band use backing tracks for backing vocals, back in the day it was their drummer who did the backing vocals in the albums and his mask had a closed mouth, so he couldn't sing live
