I have just purchased the exact same model as this and mine has not come with the nozzle cleaning tool and I have checked on the manual and the list on the box and both say its included, but I noticed you did not mention it in your video, I wondered if yours came with one?

If i haven't mentioned it then there is a good chance it doesn't come with it. just double check in the instructions that they are not for several different versions of the same vacuum. Often brands will print instructions for different models but have footnotes in there to say certain accessories or features are only applicable to certain models
