I've been saying for years games need that. Like the old resident evil games. It would make each playthrough feel like a newish experience instead of having the same key items in the same places and everything.

I started playing this a while after release but it was so annoying, buggy and janky that I switched over to Remnant 2. This is why they need to release games in better states because I'll most likely never get back to LotF at this point.

Very underrated game, i hope that in future we will get more about Orious, we don't know how he even looks, unfortunately game is not good optimized, probably because of Unreal Engine 5.

It's so frustrating, like 3 times DS2. 20 hours into the game and I just dropped it. I will not elaborate more, I've played every single souls and this is the most miserable I felt playing a soulslike.

Feel ya man, I beat champion grundr and stopped at Dragonslayer because I felt like I loved how refined everything was but I really don't like boss runbacks something about running past enemies or being on a long elevator just makes me mad beyond what I can describe like just let me fight the boss it's not fun rolling past enemies but at least dark souls had areas where i appreciated an enemy type or had moments of feeling badass. In Lords of the fallen it's just ugly as fuck and you go from umbrell to the real world far.too often. Like it needed to be toned down way more because fighting dogs while an archer shoots you just makes me run around like a mouse cursor it's just absurd. I very rarely if ever lock on and I roll so far that like I use almost all my health on one pack of enemies and don't do anything like that for a boss. I'm sure I just need to use more magic and I don't want to give the game but fuck man at this point I just.sprimt through the areas as much as I can I don't stop to look at shit if I can help it. I beat God of war Valhalla on hard, ghost on hard, Wu long, Jedi survivor on master, and Hades not the most impressive line up but I know I would've beat dark souls 3 if I kept going if I can beat Aldrich and dancer I can beat anything I just didn't feel like learning dragonslayer and admittedly was beat down but omce I found out I was only 3 bosses away from beating the game I knew I should've kept going

Still lots of bug to me - can't move or roll out anywhere when surrounded by boss at corner - npc allies sometimes don't move or attack esp at hushed knight boss - lock enemy too difficult, u aim the blue ghost for pull the path but it keep aim further enemy even u aim nearest to it. U aim the dog beside but it keep aim the archer, the aim need very accurate like ur playing counter strike. Press next aim key it didn't move to the dog. Aim does not pass through open door or wall. One wrong aim (not near enough to enemy) , it spin 180 degree back and I'm lost. It keep lock the orange hint device on floor instead of enemy. It priotize orange hint device on floor > enemy > blue soul for pull, whereas i prefer reverse. Also nearest to ur cursor instead of nearest enemy biting u beside - when u fall down immediately after umbral, it stuck in mid air - not enough guidance or status, eg if u block with shield and the damage taken is too high, the character will stunned but it won't show anywhere the status such as stunned status or from ur stamina -unpredictable move from enemy in combat system , sometimes they swing sword too slow or too fast, but this not much issue at late game - when u evade being attacked, u jump shortly instead of roll, and keep being attacked instead of evade (abbess usula bleed skill) - i feel i beat camera instead of beat boss (spurned progeny) - boss name was weird (abbess usula, spurned progeny) , hat was weird (spiked, bell) , none is normal and easily remember but it's soul game so okay. -npc does not sell skyrest bridge key and accept umbral tome (can't proceed excacter dummies quest) The game is good for eg solve puzzle in castle etc, i play without walk-through through the end and it was difficult especially getting lost in map and need use ur brain but combat was not fun. I prefer wukong combat system where easier to lock and roll. I'm not come here to play counterstrike

With 40+ patches since release, it's VERY VERY clear, they released the ALPHA build of the game. I say this because they've added many things to the game, which would typically happen in the ALPHA stage, and then BETA is to polish everything. If only the game was released as it is now, people would love it.

​@@endo77x7 but the co-op is alive and well as long as you're sharing vestige seeds and communicating goals or farms. I got some pvp armor and truth be told, only got invaded a handful of times but have killed those reapers at every opportunity. Maybe it's the settings? I dont level up strength or agility past 30 and inferno stays at 25, everything else gets torqued (vigor, endurance and radiance) ^ ^lots of fun with pretty decent damage

Do you know how to turn off the settings that gives your r2s resistance and makes it harder to push in on ps5? It feels so weird and it’s kinda annoying but I don’t see anywhere I can turn it off in game

There should be a setting to turn haptic feedback off, and if there isn’t that’s weird on the devs. U can always turn off adaptive triggers from the ps5 settings

I bought the deluxe edition the week this gane released...I toughed it out and put about 20ish hours into before finally giving up due to just several issues. It just felt so jank...you're not the first one to say it is totally different now. Think I will be giving it another go this winter.

I recommend going for something you personally like doing. Personally, i pair the spear with the long swords (specifically Isaac's) and aim for the dual weird damage upgrade socket stuff while leaning a little on mana restoration. Holy builds mixed with some inferno can make you a boss fight of your own and vigor is probably the most underrated thing in the game. Give it another go, I poured around 24+hours already and am close to beating the first playthrough of the story (and i only bought it 2 days)

Thinking of getting this game, currently the deluxe version on ps5 on sale for 40$ .. just finishing up some playthroughs on lies of p to try to platinum it. Finished elden ring and its dlc. And waiting on remnan 2 3rd dlc.

I respect the devs of this game so much. The amount of hard work they put into making sure their game is good is admirable. I think it really shows how much they care for it. Playing this right now on PS5. Having a great time. Not as good as LoP, but pretty good. Enemy variety is ass, though. Basically the same 10-15 enemies throughout the whole game. Bosses become normal enemies.

Great game in 2024 :) they shuld never relese her in state from 2023, but sadly they go "CYBERPUNK" hard way on thier asses. Sadly they dont get ANIME to rebuild thier community. Still Facebook fansite is very alive and you can find players who can help with your game.

I just didn't enjoy this game. I still had all the same issues others had even after the "patch". I started this game when it came to game pass which is allegedly when it was "fixed" but... I experienced all the same issues. I'm not trying to say the game is an outright turd, but for the sake of painting the picture, if you put sprinkles on a turd, yes it will taste better but it still won't taste good because you're still eating a turd... and that's almost what I felt when playing this game. I don't want to say it was an actual turd but I certainly don't want to replay it. It overstayed its welcome and I couldn't wait to be done with it.
