Not really since minthe literally ignored Hades and treated him like garbage. And it's not Persephones fault Hades developed feelings for her. He literally wanted her the moment he laid eyes on her. Don't blame the "other girl". Blame the guy for letting his mind wander around in the first place.

Instead of establishing boundaries like a decent person, Persephone asked him to “slow things down,” and the emotional affair continued. And Hades was far from innocent in his relationship with Minthe.

At that time in the story, she kind of wasn't. She literally abandoned Hades on multiple occasions. Even so, it's Hades fault that he straight away from his girlfriend. We need to stop hating the other girl and start hating the guy.
