Hey Rahul..!! I'm a hairdresser from past 6 years. Just a friendly advice for you.. NEVER USE 40 VOL WITH PRELIGHTNER. Because people trust us hairdressers alot with their hair. And while colouring their hair we have to make sure that we're maintaining the strength and quality of their hair.. If you use 40 vol with prelightner, it's gonna make people's hair extremely sensitized / damaged. Use 30 vol instead, do a re application if needed, take your time.. But don't damage someone's hair. And spread the right knowledge to your viewers.

No offense , just sharing my knowledge and idea. ( I'm hairdresser too.) That is gold ash , not grey Ash , The lifting level is not enough, because of that you dint get the desire colour shade ( grey Ash ) Most of my time I used 9.11 for my self and I'm using this 9.11 colour shade for a years now. Please don't make other people confused ( especially for upcoming new hairdresser)

first of all never use 40 volume with any prelightener coz both product has too much oxigen, so that hair will be sensitised. prelightener gives upto 8 level of lightening with 30 volume easily. so its better use 30 volume and you have to achieve undercoat pale yellow or palest yellow for ash 9.11 shade

Hi kush.. Aise bhi kar sakte hai.. But isme problem yeh hoga ki ash ke pigments acche se deposit nhi hoge. Jiski wajah se 1-2 shampoo k baad hair will start looking blonde again. Isiliye we have 9.11.. So, use 9.11 with 9 vol after 10 level lifting..
