Super Video! Hab noch ein paar Tipps :) Ich habe alles Reinigen müssen. Das als Frau und ganz alleine :) (Krankenschwester) meine Maschine pumpte nur noch und beendete das Programm nicht. Siemens 3 in 1 (ca 9 Jahre) Auch sehr hilfreich: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mWqzZXRjiNqoj5KBeine Wassertasche war komplett dicht mit Fett und Eiweiß und sonst was!! Mehrere Stunden Arbeit musste ich schon investieren ! Wasser in der unteren Wanne (Aqua-stop) hab ich vorher ausgeschlossen Ich habe Mehrere Varianten getestet. - Spülmittel und kochendes Wasser - Zitronensäure löst gut Kalk - Der Eiweiß-Fett-Schmand geht super mit Soda oder Natronlauge ab. Gibt es beides in der Drogerie. - Ich hab mal gegooglet wie ich es zum Sprudeln bringen kann. Mischt "Natron" mit "Zitronenäure" (so wird auch Brausepulver hergestellt) !!DAMIT hab ich mit den Magneten und Nagel gespart!!!! Sprudelt alles raus. - Anorganische Abflussreiniger für über die Nacht ( Das System mit dem Überdruck-Schwimmer in der Wassertasche das Verstopft, ist gehört zum Abflusssystem und hat keine Verbindung zum eigentlichen Spülwasser.) enthalten stark ätzende, alkalische Substanzen: Natriumhydroxid (NaOH) oder Kaliumhydroxid (KOH) (manchmal Natriumhypochlorit), die mit Wasser starke Laugen bilden. Die Laugen sind in der Lage, Fette (und andere polymere Verschmutzungsbestandteile wie Proteine) zu hydrolysieren bzw. zu verseifen. Weitere Bestandteile sind oft Aluminiumpartikel, Chlorverbindungen und Oxidantien. Alle Inhaltsstoffe sind darauf ausgelegt, chemische Bindungen möglichst effektiv zu brechen. Wichtig : mit Wasser ausspülen und kräftig schütteln oder über der Wanne ausschlagen Bitte nutzt eine Schutzbrille und Haushaltshandschuhe ggf. alte Klamotten !!!! Und Stecker ziehen!!

Hi, the water pressure entering my dishwasher is very low, so the blades don't spin. There is plenty of water pressure from the tap and I have cleaned the filters. The pressure chamber you refer to at 11:54 is totally blocked with gunk, but I don not suppose that is the problem? Can you think of where I could look? I have checked all the obvious places! Hi. My machine is exactly the same as this. It keeps stopping at random times. I'm wondering what it could be. I have checked the bottom overflow in the sump, and it's totally clean and the polystyrene float moves freely. I get flashing "check water" and "rinse aid". The machine stops and then starts later and carries on. Wondering if a pipe/channel is blocked? Any suggestions?

I didn't see your comment until now - strange. The smaller unit on your dishwasher, probably, is no heat exchanger but just helps the machine fill and acts as a siphon break.

It worked in a similar fashion. A hose conected the pressure chamber to the sump and the rising water level would trigger the switch. Both the pressure chamber and the heat exchanger were prone to clogging with grease, unfortunately.

Loreality yes exactly, that’s why they had changed the float switch with a fully electronic system which has a flow meter! Did the older generation (with float) also had flow meter on their water inlet?

Hello m8.... very interesting video. Good Work... i managed to remove the Heat Exchanger followinf your instructions. But, after removing it, i realized that on one of the "lanes" theat go from the spot you show on 3:58 of your video, until the exit.. it is filled up with fat and greeze, or whatever is getting stuck in there. Is there any way to make them go away? I tried 1 or 2 tricks to remove those kind of stuff... but nothing helps.... cant open the way for the water to go through.

There isn't much one can do, I fear. Some people have filled the exchanger with degreaser and let it soak. Others have added small steel balls or simply screws and moved them around with a magnet from the outside to add agitation to the degreaser. Some even drilled a very small hole into the clogged area and used a syringe to flush hot water into the "lanes" and later put strong tape over the hole.

It's the Free Flow Line: "The free flow line is a water bend with an opening. The curved shape accelerates the water which flows past the opening. As a result, almost no water can escape through the opening even at a low water pressure. If water nevertheless escapes, it flows into the appliance." Hello, I have the similar model, from time to time E22 error shows up but the dishes are clean without apparent issue. But recently I discovered that lower arm stopped moving despite it hasn't any debris left in it. It looks like water is not flowing to the lower arm. Do you know where the problem could be? Thanks

@@Loreality Hi, the connector which is connected to the diverter motor was burned (not sure why this is happening, perhaps the water leakage?) I have replaced the sealing and diverter housing and the diverter itself (where you put filter and where are both pumps connected). Also it was necessary to replace the burst triac Z0109NN and 2x 100ohm resitor connecting to this triac on the control unit. Dishwasher works like new since then :-)

Thanks for your most informative video. I have a dishwasher (SMU50E15), which uses an identical water reservoir, and I found your video very useful. I’m wondering if you may have a suggestion about the fault I am seeing. My dishwasher will not fill, and after about 2 minutes, gives the “check water” light. However if I add a jug of water manually to it soon after startup, everything works fine. It tops up the level with additional water, and performs the rinse cycle perfectly well. The tap solenoid and water flow impeller all perform exactly as expected. The “Flood float” is at the bottom of it’s travel, and the correct microswitch contacts on this float are closed. When my dishwasher is switched on, the drain pump runs for about 18 seconds, as per your video. Then there is a pause of about 3 seconds as per your video. Then the circulation pump comes on for about 7 seconds as per your video. (This is the section you titled “calculating load”.) However whereas in your video, the water reservoir then drains into the dishwasher tub, mine switches the “drain pump” on for about 1 minute and then stops with “check water”. It appears to me that the “load calculation” aspect is not working correctly, and the controller is deciding to turn the washer off instead. Would you have any suggestions as to what is causing this. I have checked most components that I can think of, but I have not yet found the main water level switch (or pressure switch), and wonder if this could be the cause. The only component I have not been able to identify is a round component approx. 6cm diameter, 2 cm high, with 3 brown wires attached. This is screwed to the central plastic “lower arm” assembly opposite the 2 pump motors. Could this be the level switch or pressure sensor, and could it be the cause?

Sorry, KZbin never notified me of the 100+ comments I had. I *think* what you are describing is the switch that directs the water to the individual spray arms - it is roughly at the one o'clock position, next to the recirculation pump. I haven't found a pressure switch, eiher. That being said, I unfortunately don't know what the fault with your machine is... sorry!

Lag am Steuergerät, da brennt wohl öfter die Lötstelle zu einem Relais durch. Relais ersetzt, neu verlötet und es rennt wieder :) Vllt hilft's ja jemandem ...

Nach der Reinigung hat die Waschmaschine nachwievor nicht das Programm abgearbeitet, sondern blieb beim Spülen hängen (ohne Erhitzen). Es lag letztendlich an der Steuerplatine, auf der eine Lötung zum Relais der Heizung defekt war. Diesen Fehler kann man auch in Erwägung ziehen. Aber Danke für das Video, ohne dieses hätte ich die Wassertasche nicht innerhalb eines Abends reinigen können... Gruß,

Hallo, da der Spüler fast genau so Aussieht wie meiner und ich keine Ahnung habe Frage ich einfach mal dich. Der ist von Bosch, SPI53M25EU ist die Beizeichnung, wenn es was bringt. Und zwar folgendes, wenn ich den Spüler mit egal welchem Programm starte, läuft erst einmal alles ganz normal, man bekommt erstmal gar nix mit von dem Problem. Nach über einer Stunde leuchtet dann die Wasserhahn LED auf. OK vermutlich Zulauf oder Aqua-Stop, aber jetzt habe ich den Spüler mal auf gemacht um zu sehen was eventuell los sein könnteund siehe da es läuft nur für ca. 5 Sekunden Wasser rein, wenn man den Aqua-Stop berührt währenddessen merkt man Vibrieren und das Wasser laufen, aber eben nur 5 Sekunden. Und dass ohne Fehlermeldung oder sonstiges, öffne ich die Tür wenn das Programm läuft hört man nur wie Luft aus den Düsen kommt, 0 Wasser. Gebe ich ca. 3 Liter hinzu, läuft alles ganz normal bis zur nächsten Füllung. -Wasserhahn geht -Wasserzähler dreht sich -Pumpen gehen alle -Wärmetauscher geht -Ablassventil geht Kann eigentlich nur der Aqua-Stop sein meiner Meinung nach, hab gelesen dass es auch bei Luft überdruck ausgelöst wird und mal dran gezutscht ging einmal kurz, danach dass gleiche Spiel. Ich kann auch gerne mal ein Video vom Start machen, Geräusche hört man wahrscheinlich im Eingebauten zustand nicht so laut, Brummt aber auch manchmal ganz schön komisch. Mich wundert nur dass der Fehler nicht gleich Angezeigt wird. danke fürs lesen mfg b.schmidt

Hm, eigentlich sollte die Maschine gleich am Anfang merken, dass nicht genug Wasser einläuft bzw. wenn sie anfängt zu spülen, weil die Pumpe keinen Widerstand (durch das Wasser) erkennt und dann einen Fehler meldet. Wie sieht es denn aus, wenn man den Wasserhahn zu macht und langsam öffnet, wenn das Zulaufventil offen ist? Hatte nämlich mal 'ne Maschine, der der "klemmte" der Zulauf, wenn sofort der volle Leitungsdruck anlag - langsam den Wasserhahn zu öffnen brachte Abhilfe. Grund? Keine Ahnung; aber es half.

If the drain pump keeps running, it usually means that there is water in the base of the dishwasher - or the float switch can be stuck, thus the machine thinks there is water in the base. I suppose there could also be other reasons, but I'm no technician, sorry. :-/

Just repairing this on ours, usually accompanied by an E15 error code, we’ve discovered this heat exchanger is choked up and is leaking, and the water is going into the float on the floor of the machine, tripping out the switch which stops water flow and the pump keeps going, temporary fix is to simply tilt the machine and it will start working again, the long term fix is to find the leak, as you probably have one inside the machine.

Wir brauchen Hilfe. Wir haben einen neue Bosch Spülmaschine SMU85M75DE. Nun wollen wir sie anschließen bekommen den Aquastopschlauch jedoch nicht durch das vorgesägte Loch des Spüleneinbauschrankes neben der Spülmaschine. Die einfachste Variante wäre, den Schlauch von der Spülmaschine abzumontieren und das schmälere Ende durchzuführen. Wir finden nirgends eine Anleitung wie dies geht.

Der Schlauch ist in der Maschine montiert. Entweder, die Maschine auseinanderbauen... oder ein größeres Loch bohren. Es gibt auch ein Verlängerungsset von Bosch - das ist aber arg teuer.

Ja, mit varioSpeed und in allen normalen Programmen (außer ECO), wird mit circa 50° vorgespült. Zumindest bei meiner Maschine von 2010.

Die StiWa gibt immer den Mehrverbrauch der Schnellprogramme an. Im Test von Mai 2015, lag der Verbrauch von Eco + VarioSpeed bei etwa 1,2 kWh und ca. 11,5 Litern.

Ich spüle nur mit varioSpeed. 12 Liter Wasserverbrauch finde ich nicht weiter schlimm. Es ist hauptsächlich der Stromverbrauch, der höher ist, da meine Maschine durchheizt (Vorspülen, Reinigen, Zwischenspülen und Klarspülen - alles mit Heizung).

Leider ist das Video schon was älter ,vieleicht kann mir hier einer einen Tip geben . Habe bei meiner die Heizpumpe getauscht ,danach läuft sie nun wieder .Alle Programme laufen einwandfrei ab , aber bei meiner füllt sich die Wassertasche nicht so voll ,der Wasserstand bleibt immer im unteren Bereich ,was kann da nicht richtig laufen ?

Arbeiten die höheren Spülmaschinenmodelle von Miele ähnlich? Denn die Verbrauchswerte bei denen lassen sich auch sehen und Turbo-Modus gibt's auch

Diesen Wärmetauscher hat nur Bosch/Siemens - der ist wohl patentgeschützt, wie Mieles Besteckschublade damals. Miele lässt bei Turbo das Vorspülen weg und erhöht, wie BSH, auch Wasserdruck und Temperatur. A+++ erreichet Miele durch Klarspülen mit gerade mal 49°C. BSH kann sich mit Zeolith und Wärmetauscher noch anständige 65°C erlauben, was ich besser finde.

What is the load sensor? How does it work?

The load sensor is in the circulation pump. The pump can sense if there is enough water in the tub to maintain a steady flow. If there isn't enough water, air will get sucked into the pump (which it can sense) and more water is added. The more water that needs to be added, the more dishes are in the dishwasher (more dishes = more water is needed to get everything wet).

It is inside the circulation pump, I think. Some sort of sensor that measures how much current the pump draws. If there are any spikes, the sensor knows that the pump isn't running smoothly and adds more water. Washing machines that "sense" the load by spinning the drum before even adding water (LG and many others) work in a similar way.

You can start a wash cycle and cancel when the circulation pumps comes on - this drains the old water away. selecting the Hot Water Connection option also cancels the storage function.

Do you really thing the mixed up water with food remains, saliva, starch, fat, juices, oils and detergent in wash cycle is better, even if the incoming water was fresh?

do you know what the bit at 8.02 does please as mine looks bit dirty wondered if it was clogged but can't see what good it does. I took the whole think off as mine won't empty pulled the hose off from the heat exchanger coming from bottom of dish washer and pump kicked in thought rest of the waste pipe must be clogged but it wasn't so took it off shook it about put water in it put it back together and it worked once then stopped draining again i have just tried bypassing the waste on the heat exchanger but it says theres no water

This little chamber helps so the dishwasher can drain properly - it's a siphone break. The service manual (www.frontloadbearings.com/bosch-800-plus-series-dishwasher-service-manual/) explains how it works on page 50.

Yes! I remember your video but had no idea what was wrong. I recently bough a 2008 Bosch for a friendthat aso had problems with a leaking seak between the tub and the sump. Naturally, the seller never mentioned this. :( I got it fixed for under 20 Euros.

It's still clean because I always use a hot wash and some detergent in the prewash, so greasy water from the prewash doesn't stick to the insides of the drain lines during the main wash.
