I agree, it’s so annoying and infuriating to watch especially because it’s not only during the whole April thing, once they got together their communication skills weren’t that great. They kept multiple things from each other such as April, Christopher, going to therapy, going around with Emily for franchises..etc

@@Adriarogersofficial It was done to create drama in the revival otherwise L/L wouldn't really have a story-line apart from getting married. It sucks but that was the reasoning. Plus, it seemed like once they got back together both were afraid of hurting each other again or causing tension so they withheld things, which was pretty frustrating.

Amina well yeah.. I know why they did it and I understand why it’s just weird that they couldn’t think of any other reason their relationship got a little messed up other than lack of communication.. It doesn’t sit well with me because it’s out of character for both of them to hide things from the other.. in the four first seasons before they got together they told each other everything (except how they were pretty much in love with each other)

@@Adriarogersofficial No, I definitely understand what you mean but it's a common issue that a lot of will they/won't they couples have on shows. Once the couple gets together, the writers can't have them be happy for too long without including various miscommunications or third parties to create conflict. It's especially frustrating as a viewer that just wants to see L/L happy.

Amina yeah for sure. Writers always do that with couples.. I agree it’s frustrating for fans who just want them happy but it is what it is.. most time couples like this don’t have such a long history that is and isn’t shown on screen.. but I totally agree with you

Who else gets really frustrated with their lack of communication throughout their romantic relationship.. they used to share everything until they got together then suddenly they can’t talk anymore.. don’t get me wrong, I love them together and I’m so glad they end up together but still..
