It's a bit crazy to pair these two in a battle. Loren was professionally coached and trained much earlier in her life. Susan stood on a stage at 47 years old and shared her gift at BGT. Her "dream was to be a professional singer." She brought "raw" talent that day and blew everyone away. Who the heck takes on that challenge at 49 with the whole world watching?!? I love her story and admire her courage to fulfill that dream! They are both AMAZING and EXTREMELY TALENTED! They are both winners in my book. But for very different reasons ❤

For these two giants of musical genius, it is unfair to compare them, for they are from two different eras of being. The younger woman has a very beautiful voice, but is of a younger era; and has a more contemporary voice and sings beautiful, but a different level of songs, which in my opinion, does not compete with the older generation of more classic songs. Ms. Boyle has a classic voice, and she sings songs of depth. She was someone who was immediately judged negatively, even before she sang one note, only to wow the audience and shut their mouths. Since I am 75 years old, I have lived long enough to not only recognize quality, but to appreciate and prefer it. Few singers today, young or old, can match her clearly God-given perection.

Both was amazing, When Loren sang people was prepaired for the song but when Susan sang it was a surprise We needed that at that time.I dreamed a Dream was the most beautiful song it was a song that was Susan's song.Loren is a beautiful singer for her time.
