Loretta Claiborne Speaks at Special Olympics Florida Summer Games

Loretta Claiborne, one of the most accomplished and celebrated athletes in the history of Special Olympics was a guest at the 2011 State Summer Games and inspired the 4,500 people in the crowd with her message of hope and determination.
