Absolutely. I just came from an episode of Lori paying for half the price of of cancer patients dress that she couldn’t afford due to medical bills. Loris a cancer survivor herself, which I didn’t know before that episode. Sadly the bride passed away February 24th 2014. 2 years after her wedding. I’m glad that they shot that episode, so that her family can come back and watch such a nice special moment. And I’m glad Lori was able to make her special day perfect, but my heart is aching for both of these families❤️

My mom passed away unexpectedly in her sleep due to Cardiac Arrest when I was just 21 years old - and she had just turned 55. My heart was shattered. I met my now husband when I was nearly 26. Going shopping for my gown was one of the most difficult parts of the wedding planning for me. I’d always dreamed of my mom being with my bridal party and me on that special day. Instead, one of my Maids of Honor came with me the day before I had shoulder surgery. I decided on my gown because as soon as I saw myself in it, I burst into tears. My grandmother was best friends with her mom, and her and my aunt were also best friends. My grandmother told me that the mom was riding her bike along a trail when a man released from prison for rape two weeks prior was watching her, then took her into the woods and murdered her. My aunts and uncles were a part of the search for her body. The fact that Lori was willing to give her that present after her going through that is amazing. Remember that you never know what people are going through and to always be gracious.
