I agree that I can’t follow because you did it so quickly. And I’m having trouble deciding which direction to turn between knits and purls. Could you perhaps make another video with more contrast between yarn and background and slow down the process? Also perform the twist several more times for us visual learners. When I did the first sock I did end up figuring this out but my bind off is still too tight. Do we pull the stitches longer than normal? I'm used to doing a bind off for ribbing in pattern and done loosley is very stretchy. Please help! I'm still not getting this loose enough but I am following the instructions correctly.

I go up one needle size for the bind off and it eliminates this problem.

Thank you for sharing this video! I kind of wish that you showed us a couple more times though, and explained which way you were turning the needle for the knit and purl.😊
