Lori Vallow Daybell Trail May 4, 2023: Law Enforcement Testimony

Today in court several law enforcement personnel from different states testified. A police officer from Hawaii testified to the search and investigation in Hawaii that led up to Lori's arrest. Another officer from Gilbert, Arizona testified about the investigation into Charles Vallow's death, and the investigation into the attempted shooting of Brandon Boudreaux. Boudreaux was Melani Pelowski's husband. When the two had separated and were getting divorced, Boudreaux dropped his children off for school and then returned home to see a gray Jeep Wrangler idling outside of his house, when a bullet shot through his window and shattered the windshield. The investigation into that jeep, and attempted homicide, led investigators to Idaho, where they tracked the Jeep that was registered to Charles Vallow, but Vallow was already dead by this point.

Whether this is a "scopes trial" or not, the judge still needs to set the tone for acceptable courtroom behavior. He did a decent job the first few weeks, but for the last 7 days he has allowed the Defense Team's behavior to devolve into VERY unprofessional waters. He needs to privately advise the Defense to get an attitude adjustment, because they are likely making the jurors despise their client more than they likely already do after this hearing this much evidence of guilt. No matter what, there WILL BE MULTIPLE APPEALS ATTEMPTED after Lori Vallow is convicted. Let's face it, this is an incredibly complex case with multiple murders and a clear Conspiracy. However, the amount of physical, forensic, electronic, and circumstantial evidence, collectively gathered by multiple law enforcement agencies is OVERWHELMING. Add in the very effective and compelling testimony from multiple credible witnesses throughout this trial and Lori Vallow's fate is sealed. Any future appeals made will ultimately be denied because the sheer volume of indisputable evidence and facts of this case are insurmountable.

Today, I watched a video about "Future Faking." The concept was new to me until now. Future faking is when someone uses a detailed vision of the future to facilitate the bonding and connection in a romantic relationship. While listening, I realized that this is exactly how Chad treated Lori. She is still guilty and evil no matter what. Most people, even victims of abuse will put a stop to things when they see their kids will be in danger. Children, even their own, are killed by God's followers in the bible.

I have always felt Chad was absolutely using their spiritual beliefs to manipulate Lori & all of the followers so I guess that’s what it is. I also believe he was trying to line up his 4 wives & do not believe Lori wanted this. It hasn’t been mentioned but being that there were only ladies in their group & their preparation for end times it makes sense. Chad was telling people approx 4 years prior to Tammy’s death that she would die before age 50 this tells me he’s been plotting getting rid of Tammy for years & long before ever meeting Lori. I also have no doubt that they killed Alex & Alex & Lori killed her previous husband Tylees dad, before killing Charles.

Judge is allowing defence to dick the jury about. I am pretty sure they've made their minds up already, I sure have and I'm a Christian in the UK (not LDS) and had no knowledge of this case til I found it here on you tube. Yes there is a lot of info outside of the court case on you tube, and I've been determined to not watch any of it. I'm convinced of the defendant's guilt, along with the Co conspirators. But I also believe there are others who've testified in this trial so far who are equally guilty of knowledge of the crimes committed and not coming forward with their evidence until compelled to do so by law enforcement. It is a sad reflection on the LDS Church that people who have said that they believe in that religious doctrine were so easily manipulated by 2 people who had such misguided and evil intentions using the cover of LDS doctrines. NO Christian Church condones the sick actions committed by these people. Jesus saves, he doesn't condone murder for any reason
