Lori Holt I love that your channel is direct and to the point. No silly music etc. Many KZbin DIY spend several minutes introducing the topics commenting on the room or outside noises and just off the topic details. Thank you for putting on great simple easy to follow tutorials.

That quilt block is just darling. I'm starting to get into applique and a bit of quilting. This video has me itching to try something new. However, I'm not sure what type of interfacing you used, glue or what the stick was called. Do you have a beginners class for us newbies'? LOL! Sure would love to learn. I can sew. Thanks so much. Loving your videos!!

I have never done any of this type of applique and would love to try it but not on a whole quilt. Is there a pattern you have with the simple shapes that I could try for a table runner or pillow before I tackle a quilt? I did the quilt along with you years ago for the Quilty Fun quilt and really enjoyed it.

Hi Nancy, I did a tutorial here on my channel a few weeks ago all about my Sew Simple Shapes. I show how to make my Easy Flower Block. I made a pillow out of one block. Hopefully you will find that video helpful. 😀
@nancisailormoy91354 жыл бұрын
Lori Holt I just watched it and it was very informative m. The only problem is I’d have to buy two separate sets of shapes at $30 each which I couldn’t afford. I have your interfacing so I might just stab at a practice peice that I free hand.
