Your channel content is very informative and people will find it very useful. But your channel is not reaching your target audience due to some problem. By following some rules and doing some work on the channel you can do well on KZbin.

I agree. For example, Robert, the basics below will make a huge difference. Hope you’re not offended - I’m offering these as a thank you for all of your hard work on this channel and the great information you provide. Hope it helps! 1. Add hashtags to each video so they come up in more viewers’ search results on KZbin - helps the videos to be found by more people. 2. Add links to related and/or other of your popular videos in the description to help viewers more easily discover your other videos 3. Always enter the first comment on each of your videos by asking a question to increase engagement. (People will feel more comfortable to post since they won’t be the first one. It breaks the ice, in a way.). At least, you can post your phone number/other contact details. 4. Always add chapters, especially for longer videos, so people can get to the specific info they need most efficiently. This is a factor that encourages more people to subscribe. 5. Utilize the end screen at the end of your videos that has your contact info as well as the thumbnails for two related videos viewers should watch next. 6. Create a playlist featuring affordable communities/properties. These days in Tampa, that may be $300K - $400K. Other viewers, especially any knowledgeable in YT/social media, what else would you add?
