Hi LorriMarie. Love i! I live in subtropical Australia and our summers are very humid and yes plastic boxes (or clipseal bags) is the only way to store stuff. Shoe boxes go mouldy, baskets go mouldy, tins rust. Our wet season is locally called mould season. Good to see you again. Happy New Year!

Oh how cool, thank you for sharing! I have sewn window patches, but because there was already a hole to patch, never thought about using it as decoration, now I am going to go grab a dress and get to stitching and snipping.

Wow! This is lovely! Your stitching is meticulous, LM, and mesmerizing to watch. Sorry that your things get ruined by the dampness down there, but I can see why with the weather. (Do they even have air conditioning there?) Please remember to post a video of you enjoying your beautiful pool. I couldn't believe the entire inside of it was tiled - absolutely gorgeous! @@lorrimarie2002 Wow, I didn't realize that you don't have windows, either! I love the snow, so this would be hard for me, although I live in Fla. and it's probably pretty similar. However, we DO have A/C in the summer - don't think I could live without it! Please make the pool video. Oh crud my typing just disappeared 😩😩only when I type on your channel 😂😂ok thanks for doing the video for us. As for the damp etc in your home. Were you aware that this could be a problem when you moved there? What about dehumidifiers or A/c or are you environmentally in tune? That’s ok if you are just wa wondering about a solution to a horrible problem. Enjoyed your stitching and hope to see other things done in the future. Do you really stitch that fast or is it a sped up video (I really can’t tell😂) thanks again, and look forward to seeing you again real soon😊❤️

such great questions helen! thank you! we were not aware of how destructive the heat and humidity could be...we are adapting...lol! i would not give this up for all the tea in china tho...love the jungle life! we have not windows...just screens...so an A/C is out...and temperature wise...we do not need A/C....we do have a dehumidifier in a 'dry room' for a lot of things....and no...i do not stitch that fast...i sped it up to make it go faster...lol! thank you for the love helen...happy 2025...go create, go play, go have fun!!!
