I worked there for 2 years, It was definitely a fun experience. But, man oh man when those weekend double and triple headers came around that was no joke. Switch from Lakers to kings then to clippers in one day. I slept there a few weekends good to see some of the guys still there. Got to experience The Kings win the cup while I was there, that was freaking awsome. First time I met Floyd too didn't realize how short he was though

This job is very underrated and people don't realize how much work goes into this kind of field! I did this work when I was in college at a college Arena! The Arena just hosted College Basketball, Concerts, Fairs, and shows. The setups and court placements were different! Even though I moved on from the College Arena after being there for 7 years during College and after as a part timer, I'm happy to say I do this work Full Time Now in a Convention Center. It is different but it's the same kind of work behind closed doors!

Even the Detroit Pistons and Red Wings share the Little Caesars Arena, and the Pistons and Lions shared the old Pontiac Silverdome and one time the b-ball game was postponed on account of rain when the roof collapsed.

You have to understand that the staff working there are extremely efficient and hard working. They can literally change the floor in a matter of hours.
