Not everyone who lives in California will benefit from this arena. California is a huge state of over 35 million people. I give Ballmer all the credit for stepping up to the plate and funding this project all by himself.

The International Terminal is where it takes place because foreigners [including Mexicans] are the worst offenders. I used to work there when I was 18.
