you have to keep in mind that this isnt california... this is really rural - nearest shops 10 min drive = 10 miles. 90 min to florence - 2h to rome (i assume the closest city is perugia). im not saying the property isnt looking great, but its hardly surprising that its cheaper than beverly hills. pretty sure you could find similar offers in the us.. if youre willing to live in the middle of nowhere.

@@nespolinho of course not.. perugia is a great city... but that house isnt in perugia.. not even close to perugia... which is my point. ...again... he said: "NEAREST shop 10 min drive", which means the closest village is 10 min drive or about 15km away. thats my definition of "middle of nowhere"... edit: according to the United States Department of Agriculture this would qualify as a "food desert": " more than one mile from a supermarket in urban or suburban areas and more than 10 miles from a supermarket in rural areas." ...all i said was, that this is reaaaally rural - and therefore the cost of land is reaaally low and you therefore cannot compare it to a "normal" house in california, where 98% of houses are less than a mile away from the next supermarket - according to wiki.

The house is unique in style and crisp and fresh. The interiors are wonderful with the stonework and woodwork is impressive and shows the care given when constructing. The neutral colors throughout are so calming. The windows are splendid and of course the fireplaces are fantastic. The pool and the landscape views are breathtaking. Wow Nick..It does look a bit different now 😁. You would never want to leave. A Beautiful and Architecturally sensitive restoration. Even though Old and Quirky is more my style I can still imagine sipping a wine on the pool edge overlooking that stunning lake. It will be a dream house for a very lucky person. Beautiful. No storage in the bathrooms though. Whilst simple and curated these spaces must function! I guessed a price of 1.7 tops. Lets see what it sells for. Loved the plus plus rating and the attention to detail on electrical but really has the architect never lived with anyone who needs a hairdryer a straghtener a toothbrush cleanser toner shaver etc etc?
