@@vibovitold its actually very hard to find nice mansions to live in that are 50m and above. Most of it are absolutely ridiculous in either shape or just the sheer size of it (length etc). Sometimes it just looks more like a building than a house to live in. I dont want to live in a small building even if i had the money

I really liked the triangular reading nook; what an interesting idea for the shape of this home. Also, I like the use of stone and a softer-toned wood throughout this home, made the space feel very intimate. Even though this house is much smaller than the usual ones, the details used by the designer make it so much more luxurious! Amazing video once again guys!

I love the Olive Tree, it gives the house character and brings nature in 🙂. The free standing bathtub I think was raised perhaps to prevent the wooden floors from getting too wet.

What a cozy house that is, I really liked untypical rooms with all the angles, skylights , awesome windows ,especially on the staircase, but the best was definitely that live olive tree. It's very nice house overall, only downside is no pool (much needed in California) and basically everybody can see to your backyard through the kitchen window. Enes, guys, you killed it once again❤️

depending on where you sell, if you sell more expensive homes in bel air i.e "the one" 500,000,000 dollar house, you'd make 30 million dollars from it leaving you in a pretty well off space, but i wouldn't count on making big sales, often times you'd make multiple smaller sales such as 1M homes etc.. good luck kenzy!

both my parents are real estate and it mostly depends on what city your an agent in were in Toronto but I could tell you its really not a demanding job because everyone nowadays has a real estate licence its a job to do on the side like my dad is an engineer and does business but from time to time he finds a house for a relative or smtg so unless your Enes and get millions of views or your really well known in the city its hard to make good money otherwise. It's a two-year course where you just read a couple of textbooks to get your real estate license its not a university study where you bachelorette degree like you could be 40 and still become a real estate. so you really have to depend on selling big homes like a 10 million dollar house. which nowadays it's really hard to become the selling agent of a 10 million dollar house because let me tell you all the developers and builders already have tons of friends that are agents so they're not gonna hire an agent like me and you. I'm a teen as well and since both my parents have their real estate licenses my advice to you would be that you go to university and study to get a degree and later on in your 20s if you wanted you could go and get your real estate licence it's really easy you just go to some classes they give you textbook you study at home and you go and do tests
