Los Angeles police names first Asian American officer to lead department

Is race a qualification now? I don’t care what color he is I want to know if he’s a good cop and a good leader

Ok? What does him being asian have to do with anything? Is he going to do anything about the rampant violence going on, home invasions, vehicle theft, armed robberies, drug addicts doing drugs in front of children etc etc…..

Now was he appointed to lead the department based off of his skills or just cause he's Asian? That's the real question...
