Miss the 2018 rams Goff was on another whole level sucks he’s being traded he has so much potential but seems after the super bowl he kinda lost hope but we got this this season it’s gonna be in our home @ sofi and the rams gonna be there🐏🐏🐏

It had nothing to do with 'losing hope'. Goff's whole effectiveness is play action off of Outside Zone. Patriots and everyone else recognized 6 across ends outside zone runs, and no play action is possible.

This was a really great team; but Goff can't do straight drop back without Play action. I knew they were doomed facing Patriots in SB because of that. But its 2021 and Im rewatching all the close games, Im watching the 1st Seahawks game now.

Stafford is a straight drop back QB so for him, the play action is just a huge bonus, so 2021 Rams should be great. Its the same story with Jimmy G and can't function without play action easy reads. Nobody understands these fascinating schemes and why they work or get stopped ; argued 2018-19 how great Jimmy G and Goff was, but the coaching staff knows, which is why its Stafford vs Trey Lance by 2022.

After the Chiefs game, greatest offensive game of all time Goff was not very good and Gurley got hurt and was never the same player.
