Sehri Daliya oats3 tabs with nuts and khajoor. also 2 egg whites or brown bread 1 piece , roti 1/2 with salan n dahi. Aftar: 1 khajoor, 2 fruits chat ni sugar. lemon pani without sugar, began pakora 1-2. 1/2 roti salan. Walk half n hiur before sehri and aftar.

Fruits are naturally sweet, please don’t use sugar at all - you should rather add a little maple syrup if really required. Plant based milks are really good compared to normal dairy. Coconut water is a great way to break the fast with dates, if you don’t like lemon water.

What's plant based milk? I use regular fresh milk for my coffee, i do add a little water in too so it isn't pure milk. Other than that, ive heard soya milk is really good for health but they are very overpriced in Pakistan.
