No fruits. No milk. Before breakfast : 2tspn tukhme malanga with 2 glads water and lemon. Breakfast: 2 boiled whole eggs. After 1 hour 1 cup greentea. 11 am: Snack: Ispaghol 2 tbsp in water. 1 pm: Lunch: Vegetable Salad. With 200g chicken or fish plus raita or yoghurt 2 tspn. 4 pm greentea. Dinner: Bowl pf salad 200gm chicken or bbq +2 tspn yogurt. Before bed: Greentea Use lemon water 3ltr and salt. No exercise. Only 14 days.

This diet plan is completely outstanding i did it for complete 14 days and i lost around 7 to 8 kg my weight was 80 kg before but after using this diet plan iam 72kg now but after 14 day i skip this diet for 1 week to reward myself and again iam doing it after 1 week break and one more thing i feel so much light after doing it ,And I didn’t feel any kind of weakness or neither side effects🙌🏻🙌🏻

Bro, exercise is important. Be in a caloric deficit. Diet she is telling is keto diet. More proteins and fat with very low carbs. You can loose a lot of weight by following it. Try 2 eggs in morning with a basin ki rotee only , basin has protein , usually chapatti has carbs so basin walee rotee ya pher keto bread ly lo breakfast my. Ek cup tea ya coffee ly lo. Nashtay sy phlay 2 glass peani detox drink pee lo. Snack my aap peanut lylo ya 200gram pistachio kha lo. Saath my tea. Pher lunch my vegetables or koi bhe meat bagair fat k grilled ya roasted kha lo. 4bjay 3rd meal lo , Jismy ek basin ki rotee ya keto ly lo. 6 bjay k qareeb dinner my soup. Metabolism ko boost krnay k liye peshawree tea lo green, or keto sy vitamins ki deficiency ho sktee, multivitamin lo ek rozana. 2 weeks I baad koi cheat meal kha lo. Still i am on diet but an other diet. After a month i will let you know how much i loose weight. My age is 33 and height is 5.2. Current weight is 57.85 kg i want to loose 4 more kg.
