This 14-day standing workout is designed to help men shed 5kg quickly by combining fat-burning cardio, muscle-toning moves, and core-strengthening exercises. Perfect for those who want an intense, no-jump, equipment-free routine to see fast results.
Start with Star Obliques Twists to warm up and activate your core and obliques. Follow up with Tip Toe Claps, a move that works your calves and arms while improving balance. Add Duck & Forward Punches to engage your legs and upper body, creating a full-body burn.
Intensify the routine with Standing Side Kicks to target your lower body and obliques, and Butt Kick Rows to keep your heart rate up. Incorporate Robot Kicks for a fun, dynamic way to tone your legs and abs. Step it up with Step Squat Jacks to work your thighs, glutes, and arms simultaneously.
Continue the challenge with Bike Jumps and Silent Burpees, combining cardio with core activation to maximize fat burning. Round it out with moves like Hands Out Cross Kicks, Alt. Obliques Twists & Kick, and Pulldown Back Kicks, ensuring you target every muscle group for a comprehensive workout.

Was a breeze but I workout daily so I may add some leg and wrist weights or body weights but I really enjoyed this one. Definitely a FULL BODY!

This is more reasonable than that 500calorie one that only counts the reps man that one was major. This looks just as lethal but I’m gonna do this one tomorrow morning before work. I can deal with this lol definitely appears to be a solid workout and what a way to begin the year. Thanks!
