I am a certified sports science nutritionist (ISSA) and a certified multi-style yoga trainer (RYT 200). I have been training for different workout formats under professionals, for years now. ❤❤❤ Di Jo v kar rhi hu lekin especially thigh and hip areas ka fats remove hone ka nam hi nahi leta ...kuch specific exercises upload kardena aap...I know target area is not applicable still the lower part of the body looks more bulky @simple tips Anwesha

I believe your content. Lockdown time pe aap hi ko follow karke 15 kg loss Hui thi. Abhi office ke wajah se fir se weight badh gayi. Again I am here and started following the diet plan and workout routine.
