Periods k time kya workout karna thik raheta hey! 6 to 7dys tak band raheti hu body fresh feel nahi karti utna energetic feel nahi karti dikkat ati hey workout karna pe fir thora consistency kho jati hey gap aa jati hey har mahina periods time pe.. periods ke dhoharan halka fulka diet aur kya physical activities karein take hard-core exercise vi na karna pare par halka pulka kuch karein take constant rahe weight loss journey apna . Serokom kono difference beshi actually hoy na if u have at room temperature water coz ekhon gorom kal. Not with cold water. Lukewarm er songe kono digestion e hindrance kom ashe

Di yeh diet ko intermittent fasting mai follow kr skti hu mai maine 10 hours eating window and 14 hours fasting window rakhi ha pls reply mauje thyroid bhi ha aur meri age 20 years ha mai apni first meal 11oo clock liti hu and last meal 8oo clock
