Thank you for this video, Ive been fasting for a year. I gained some weight back during the holidays, got back on track and then was ill for a month.. I gained everything back. I had worked so hard. Ive been feeling very discouraged. I needed to hear that its ok to start slow.

Thank you Kayla for all your great tips. I have a VERY long way to go, but I'm praying OMAD will get me there. I also have diabetes and have found that IF really helps to keep my sugars down.

I’ve been eating Keto OMAD + ADF for 6 months. I really love it. I have to be very mindful of getting in enough protein (100-120 grams) on my feast days. I need to give myself a 4 hour window 2-6pm to comfortable eat enough and digest it before I go to bed.

I would love to do omad some days I do without thinking because if I have my main meal in the middle of the day I don't eat any more , I don't want any more food .but I would struggle to eat a large meal .

I cannot eat just one meal a day. My thyroid would be a mess. Have been doing IF 16:8 or 18:6. Hit a plateau for months and the weight is going up. Not sure what happened.
