I ordered the brp wheel and hub setup. Bit realize i didn't order extended ones. Will it be a big difference?
@markamd13 жыл бұрын
what wheel setup did you get? regular IRP hubs will work, you only truly need them if you are running the 4"x7" slick tires.
@mikeinvegas13 жыл бұрын
@@markamd1 i got same setup as u..except the wheel hubs aren't extended.. but you say will work and still look good. So i guess its ok. Lol

hey buddy, yes I am awesome :) This build is complete, both buggies are ready to run. I just have to make more Videos. I have been so busy with family and life that I just don't have time for KZbin This summer I will make some updated content. God bless!
@aaronyee74114 жыл бұрын
Great videos man. Do you need the extended hub adapters to run the 3” wide brp knobbies? I know you need them for the slicks but do the knobbies fit with the regular adapters? Thanks.
@markamd14 жыл бұрын
Thanks for stopping in mate. You are correct. There is no need for extenders with the knobby's. The regular IRP hubs will work. Cheers :)

@Markus Dmitri sorry I didn't get back to you earlier....I'm glad your still here...I hope your doing well . Did you get the DBXL-E all dialed in ? I know these projects can get railroaded.
@davidcorbit39312 жыл бұрын
@@markamd1 yo bro...watching you pimp out your DBXL-E kinda got me into doing mine...I got the fast lane machine arms also...they didn't work out very well for me...having to change the axles and turnbuckles just kinda complicated it. I've moved on to a 5ive B now and I'm enjoying the build. But yeah man it would be really cool to see your finished project. Thanks for hitting me back !!

Hey man, thanks for stopping in and very sorry for the late reply. This stand was made by "Team Chase" and i got from DDM about 6 years ago. Unfortunately this is a discontinued product :(

Looks great! I do like the slicks look. You will get zero wheel spin. So what gearing you have in mind for it?

thanks brother! I have no clue for gearing yet....I'll have to see how much she weighs after the FID alloy parts install.

Marcus, do you still have your DBXL-E’s? I’ve collected 5 and want to share my “High end” build w you. How do I do that?
@ostapivanitsky72344 жыл бұрын
hey bro, have you noticed a change in top speed performance after you installed those tires? I got 3in front, 4in rear. It seem my dbxl top speed dropped by 8kph more or less. Or maybe its my carb settings. Any feedback would be appreciated. Cheers
@markamd14 жыл бұрын
hey dude. I haven't ran the "On-Road" high speed buggy yet. With these tires, you should acutally see an increase in speed. Keep me posted bro.
@ostapivanitsky72344 жыл бұрын
@@markamd1 thanks for the update man. so most likely its my 1107wt carb not set corectly. i cheked stock dbxl technicalky should hit 62-65kmh top speed. so i was bit dissapointed after obr32 full mod longblock, and brp's 56kmh. ill keep you posted and thanks you for your feeedback

what is the weight of a single tire rim complete with hubs. i want to install on my 57cc fg 2- speed. i currently use hostile tires with extra hard foams they are extremely heavy as well no two tires are the same size for the belted tires .

hey bro. yes, these are glued with industrial grade materials.

@@markamd1 do you have to glue them yourself or do they come glued? I've just finished adding my FLM arms and Losi hubs (all 3) etc and mines starting to look alot like yours. I've also added the AreaRC silver aluminium shock towers. She's looking amazing!
