I love my MT18 especially after going 3s with it. Woke it up quiet a bit. Also the 4 wheel steering was a must upgrade. Love it.

We've got the son uva digger and the grave digger and the boys have an absolute blast.... I bought the blue one in a box completely taken apart... Had to rebuild it from the ground up lol

Recently picked up a LOSI, I checked my LMT link hardware and it was loose also ! My go-to indoor basher for over a year was the 1/24fms Colorado ,the LMT has the same or tighter turning radius ! Im pretty sure you can put rear steer on the LMT even use most of the rear axle housing.

wow what a great video, you really invested effort in those ramps, very cool. great driving and I was surprised with the stunts you pulled out of the redcat. didnt know it was as capable as this. The Losi however is so powerful for its size its not even scale stunts, its a super monster truck. its actually the redcat that has the more subtle truck stunts that a real monster truck has with the limited power it has , But the Losi is my prefarable one. what a truck!

I think the MT-18 can run a 3s battery with the current brushed system?

I have an FMS FCX24 and recently swapped the optional high speed motor for a brushless system with FOC. I wonder if the high speed motor would fut in this Redcat? Its still brushed so you could keep the esc, but just add twice the speed of the stock motor. May have to check that out.

I'm pretty sure exocaged RC did a brushless 3s conversion on the Redcat and beat the crap outta the thing and nothing has broken yet.

As much as I love all of Redcats' new releases from last year, I just can't get into this one. 2024 was the best year ever for that company, though! I would love to get the losi and spend an ass ton of dough upgrading it!

I would say it comes down to a few things for which is better. The MT18 is better for customization and tight spaces, but the Mini LMT has more speed and is better in a bigger area. I own both and they are awesome!

The Redcat MT 18 is more comparable to the FMS Smasher than the Losi LMT.

I would have bought ALL the Losi LMTs but I just can’t get over the short course style wheels. Monster trucks need actual big chunky tires, not faux ones. I think the Kyosho USA 1 is the only one that fits the bill. You guys ever messed with that?

No contest Lmt mini is far better out the box for a indoor / outdoor basher / monster truck and yes the price difference is worth it. The redcats not really even in the same category none of the other 1/18 or 1/24ths compare as of yet. lol the heck you mean its too crazy for the living room I think not good sir I think not
