Just so you know, they make a carbon fiber body set for it and its 66$ (doubt youd get that set though) there is also some roof fins which i would recommend that actually helps the rollover and keeps from damaging the body too much. On 3s, you can self right, but 2s is the sweet spot.

No but seriously though. That vehicle is badass af! It's Hella fast and Looks durable as a tank . Sometimes it's great to take a break and hit up the sticks and rip. Instead of constantly breaking an rc on the first jump trying to get a few clips 😅

I can never get a new rc. I'm always finding more upgrades for my crawlers and anyone into crawlers can tell you, it gets expensive. But I'd love to have one of those. Maybe I can trade or sell one of my highly upgraded rigs to get one.

Have you ever had issues with the battery disconnecting on you? Im thinking of relocating the plug or shortening the wires on the battery.

Yours seems way more stable when turning at speed. Mine just rolls right over every time. It's all stock, except for a locked center diff. I got it that way from the previous owner. Would it help to put the stock parts back in the center diff? He included them with the car. And is there much I can do for the suspension, other than spending a bunch of money on new shocks? Maybe a front sway bar, or stiffer/softer rear one? Thanks for the great review. For about $200, I still can't complain about the rock Rey. Very fun truck otherwise. 👍👍

Right before they stopped making the 1/10 Rock Rey kits, which had upgrades, you could get them new for $250. What an absolute steal. I would say I wish they would bring them back, but they would probably charge twice that much now.
