Driveshaft angle is fine. Alot of cars with this layout have it

The angle of the front drive shaft vs the strait shaft to the rear gives it a rear torque bias. it will push a little bit more power to the rear then the front, traction permitted. The Race version of the chassis has a plate you can switch to make the angle of the drive shafts the same to give a closer to 50/50 torque split.

KGRC007 typhon 3s is a plastic piece of crap. This truck can use almost any parts made for the losi TEN. Not even comparable.

The bottom of your truck looks like it might have positions for droop screws (if so, you could try adjusting that to lower your ride height some), although if that isn't an option their are inexpensive mods to make bump stops inside the shocks to limit how much downward travel they have, this will lower the ride height, and also stiffen the spring rate a little (it's like limiting the total extension the shocks have, while adding a bit of preload, that's the compromise for doing this method). There are plenty of vids on YT, to walk you through the process if you're interested, it actually does help quite a bit.

@@kgrc0078 That's the truth, glad at least that is working out for you. I was just offering the suggestion, since I have a young son that traction rolls everything, lol. I did these modifications to my kids vehicles and it reduces the body roll, so the vehicles now just tends to rotate rather than roll for them, they still can if you push it too hard, but now a lot less. They are still good off road and still jump, but when they aren't offroad it's better, less chasing and flipping trucks back over.

I think it is a general problem with short course. I have tried so hard to mod and develop a good performing short course, and it just never turns out right. Buggies and truggies are the way to go for me!! Honestly, if you already have the Typhon then you won’t really get the Losi to be what you want. My “go to” RCs are my Kraton, Typhon, Trx4 and my Summit. Any time I get a new vehicle or drive something else, I get disappointed because one of these 4 already do the same thing but better! Anyway, again, sorry for your experience. I had the DB Pro, and it was amazing, but I preferred my Typhon so I sold the Losi.

This is a short course truck for off road dirt and small jumps. Its not going to handle well in a parking lot. I'm sure if I took my on road rc cars to the dirt track they would handle terrible as well.

The problem with Short Course Trucks, they have Short Wheel Bases. That Causes them to Tip Easy! Some Rc Company, Needs to Build a Wide Stance; Low Height Short Course Truck! The Real Trucks, ha

twrecks116 to help you can take away all the preload and get thicker shock oil. My arrma mojave barely rolls now even though it is a long and narrow desert truck. I didn’t want to take away any of the suspension travel though with droop screws because it’s a desert truck.
