Thank you Jason I had forgotten just how nimble the XX4 is - also the previous owner managed a pretty decent paint job. We can all appreciate that I wasn’t allowed to paint the body for such a beautiful buggy 😄😄 Hope you’re doing well 👍

Right on man thank you for checking it out - Jason is too kind to be recommending my videos to anyone but I do hope seeing an old car run puts a few smiles on faces 😊 You guys in Australia really take the vintage RC thing to a whole new level I’m blown away by just how thriving the entire scene is and extremely jealous 😄

Happy Thanksgiving Wade! The car looks gorgeous with those retro-looking colored shocks. I have one particular 2.4 receiver which tends to glitch or “brown-out” when the car gets to about 20m. At first, I thought it’s because I stack the RX on top of the ESC, but it turns out that it only doesn’t like to be near the motor’s wires. The ESC doesn’t affect it at all.

Terence I think you’re right I have the wires connecting the esc to the motor bundled and running right over the top of the receiver I will find a new home for the receiver and try again!!! Thanks brother 😊
