Good luck on the weight loss. I've been on my own journey for the past nine months and have lost 90 pounds, so far. I don't really exercise much because I had to very bad knees. I, finally, found a knee doctor who would do knee replacement but I had to loose the weight. At first it was a big struggle but I discovered the carnivore diet after failing with vegan. So, for me, no carbs has been the key. I don't count calories, and I only eat twice per day, probably around that 1500 to 1800 calories. I feel better now, than I have for many years, and I still have about another 80 pounds to go before I'm the "normal" weight for my height. Good luck on the weight loss.

Love your videos man, something about the spreadsheets that makes me like em so much. Good luck on your weight loss journey just remember to be careful not to fall asleep or get distracted on the road from not eating enough. Would love to see some of your recipes of what to eat when you’re on the road

For the life of me I can't understand why Planet Fitness or some big national gym doesn't partner with Pilot/Flying J to bolt on gyms to their truck stops. The only downside I can think of is drivers might take up too many parking spaces for gym use only (or better yet, park in the fuel isle) and not spend enough in the station to make up for their presence. Otherwise, it would draw in a lot of drivers who give a damn about their health. All they'd need is about a dozen treadmills just for door slammers to burn calories.

There's a channel called Food Impromptu that shows a lot of curry style recipes. I make a big pot of lentil curry and eat it all week. Lots of veggies in it, very high fiber, and delicious. Easy, just needs a minute in the nuker.

What’s up man, I did bodybuilding for 5 years before trucking and my intention is not to spread any negativity, but unfortunately our body doesn’t operate this way, 1500 calories is going to turn off your brain basically, in a 1000 deficit your body is going to get in a survival state, and is going to turn off basic functions to save energy, focus, energy levels in general, strength, alertness, testosterone, you’ll feel like a zombie basically and that is other last thing you want in this job, instead give your body a reason to use your calories instead of cutting them, strength exercises over cardio is a good way to go, building muscle requires calories itself instead of just randomly burning them walking, basically use them calories instead of cutting them, try your strategy man if you see what I’m saying come back to this comment I got you
