This comment is everything....So true. I’m much older than my siblings, 6 years older than my brother and 8 years older than my sister (dad was military so they waited after having me) I was another mom, still am in many ways. I can’t imagine losing them. Nikki is so strong to be able to get through this. Thank you for your comment, it really touched my heart ❤️

I lost my husband and 2 of my children. There are times I sit alone in my car and scream , to let the pressure of the pain out. On days that I am feeling strong, I talk about them so their memory can live on. I live my life to the fullest to respect that they weren't able to and appreciate that I have that privilege. I'm sorry for the loss of your brother, I feel your pain. Thanks for sharing his memory and your journey ♡

One lesson I have learned through that... you ARE allowed to be strong and vulnerable at the same time. Your mental health with thank you later.

Thanks for sharing your story of the loss of your younger brother. As we speak my younger sister is fighting for her life in ICU. I never thought that i would be in the position to see my sister in a fragile state. She has always been such a fighter. I am dealing with this struggle with immersing myself in work and school. @@zunroniz1732 You may understand what I mean when you have children of your own. Having said that, grief is no competition about who has it worse and I never intended to say that. Your feelings are as true and valid as OPs. I'm sorry for your loss and hope you will find some level of peace in the future. I'm not sure if it means anything to you to hear that from an internet stranger but your parents did a great job raising you. If you miss them that much they must have given you a lot of love and care which in turn builds a foundation for you to be able to do the same.
