This was truly sad I can relate because I lost my mum about two years ago. I know Sue was just looking after her son's interest and I'm glad she clear the air with Cindy giving her blessings to be with Luke.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my mum in February of last year, with similar circumstances to Luke's mum. This was hard to watch without going back to it all... Sending you love and light in your healing process ❤️

Since being axed from Hollyoaks in 2005, Kelly Greenwood who played Zara has mainly done voiceover work and has her own Hollyoaks podcast called 'the dog 🐕 in the pond' which is named after the pub 🍺 in the programme, in which she interviews Hollyoaks cast members past and present.

I feel so bad for Luke but it’s sad that he could never make amends with his mum before she died. I’m really happy though that Luke and Cindy managed to put their differences aside and got back together. I have missed them a lot as a couple. Glad they are back together

This scene absolutely *broke* me, it was so hard to watch 💔💔 I lost my mum in February of last year, similar to Luke's mum. It's the hardest feeling in the world, watching your parent slowly crumble, physically and mentally, into a shell of who they once were. Luke's healing process going forward is going to be so hard, because I've been there, and I think that I'll be doing it for the rest of my life. Losing a parent isn't something you get over, at least I think so...but time will tell. To anyone who has actually read this far....thank you for listening, have a happy and blessed day ❤️
