Having worked in a care home for 7 years with residents that had dementia my experience with it through caring for people who had it i can honestly say this disease is absolutely horrible i feel sorry for anyone whoever gets it coz seeing people slowly deteriorate from the world and everyone around em was horrible i left eventually coz i couldnt cope with it all my nane died of it to before started working in that job took me a while to get over it i hate this disease so much but what they are doing with this story is fantastic and they have got it spot on with the stages of this disease

This hits home really bad this storyline/sene! because my Nan has just passed away from dementia it’s a different type of dementia that Luke had but still /old age and the funeral is on Friday so RIP 🪦 Nan and the character of Luke 😇😇🌟✨🙏🏼🙏🏼🙄🙄😒😔😇💗……. I know that Luke is just a character, but when he dies it's going to really upset me. I've watched the show since I was a teenager and I feel like I know him personally, as silly as that may sound. I wish it wasn't Luke that was doing this storyline, but Gary Lucy has acted it out amazingly

Oh my OA this is extremely heartbreaking and worrying me for Luke and everyone else who’s suffered from this! OA also I thought there was only one Adam in the village and it was Adam Donovan I didn’t know Luke had a Brother named Adam someone better explain please! OA I wonder if Zara remembers that their Father died including Adam I wonder how many Sibling’s it is that he has. And I didn’t know that Luke slept with Darren’s Sister! I didn’t know he even had a Sister I only thought he was half-related to the Roscoe’s. OA seeing when it said “2 Months Later” it made me realize that Luke’s death’s gonna be in May I really hope Oliver won’t go back to drugs when it’s his time. OA also when Luke’s funeral happens then hopefully everyone who left the village but are still alive will be there for him including Lisa will be there for Luke I feel sorry for Luke and others who have gone through this irl. Chelsey Linden yes Darren does have a half sister and half brothers. His half brothers are Joe Roscoe, Ziggy Roscoe, Freddie Roscoe, Jason Roscoe and Robbie Roscoe, although Joe Roscoe and Ziggy Roscoe died. Darren's parents are Jack Osbourne and Sandy Roscoe. Darren's half sister is called Ruth Osbourne who is the daughter of Jack and his first wife Celia. Ruth was married to a friend of Tony's named Kurt Benson. Unfortunately when Ruth's father Jack married a woman called Jill, Ruth was so snobby and stuck up towards Jill's children Sol, Kate and Gina that eventually Kate decided to teach Ruth a lesson by having an affair with Kurt. When Ruth and her friend Carol Groves spread rumours around that Kate fancied her half brother Joe Patrick, Kate got her revenge on Ruth and Carol by spiking Ruth's drink with laxatives and she (Kate) also photocopied Carol's diary and stuck it up in the village phonebox.

@@ChelseyLinden Ruth left in 2001 but she returned for guest appearances in 2003, 2004 and 2008. Kate left in 2000 but returned for guest appearances in 2001 and 2003. After leaving Hollyoaks Terri Dwyer who played Ruth went on to present an interior design daytime TV show for ITV called '60 minute makeover' in which the participants house 🏠 was redecorated and refurbished within an hour, although I personally thought the programme was a little bit staged as it would be impossible to redecorate, redesign and refurbish a whole house within an hour. Terri was later axed as presenter due to budget cutbacks at ITV.

When I was a Kid and I saw the previews to the first Harry Potter movie in the scene where Malfoy threw Neville’s rememberal I asked our Aunt/Lindsey’s Step-Aunt Holly “Why’d he throw that stone?” and she said “I’m not telling you you’ll have to watch it to see for yourself.” plus every time when my Husband and I went to see a movie he asked me “What movie is this rated?” and I said “No spoilers carino.” Ever since then I’ve been taking after our Aunt/Lindsey’s Step-Aunt Holly by not giving out hints or spoilers on other things. At least give the entire first Episode or Season a watch and if you didn’t like it then you don’t have to watch Episode or Season two there are a few scenes that may look weird and all but don’t let that stop you from watching it trust me it’s life changing. ☺️ Please???? 🥺
