Los' dad is right. There is no way I'm spending a day in jail innocent. No freakin' way. It is a terrible $+!+hole, any amount of time spent in jail, and I could only imagine a prison. Getting use to the smell of bologna sandwiches and no fresh air is sickening. Anyone that says "oh jail is not that bad" requires a serious re evaluation on who that person really is. Jail is the worse thing that can happen, hear me out people. Nothing is more accurate then the quote "if you can't do the time, don't do the crime".

I dont know if these officers or detectives whatever know definitively the suspect is guilty or innocent, but I've seen multiple times they say things like 'we have enough evidence to convict you' or 'theres already enough evidence aginst you so just tell us what you have to say', and I dont understand why they do this or why the suspects repsond to this. if there's enough evidence against them they have no reason to be talking to the suspect, and they obvioulsy need some information from them to use in testimonials in court. They also hold the suspects for hours without contact to anyone and without a lawyer, all this stuff seems incredibly backwards and corrupt.
