1. Reduce consumption of cakes, soft drinks, ice creams and other artificial sugars. 2. Drink lots of water. 3. Strength training and HIIT 4. Eat lots of veggies and protein with 150 grams of rice for lunch. No rice or carbs for dinner.

I make if often, I add eggs to this also. This is a staple food for me for winter. It can be converted to khichuri ( porridge) just by adding lentils to it.

Hi chef! You are my favourite chef. I’m a dietitian. The first time the chef didn't use oil for biryani. In KZbin channel, most of the chefs are using lots of oil because you guys used cook with more oil in your work field. But the people are following you guys as the chefs are using more oil so we can also use same like that. But it's not healthy because nowadays no one is doing heavy work to lose their calories. Finally the young people also have a heart attacks due to their unhealthy way of cooking and lifestyle. Hope after seeing this video, people may avoid oil. I used to cook all the dishes with 1/4 tsp of oil.

If you are dietitian then you should have know the goodness of oil and ghee. As dietitian are recommending no oil cooking, people are deficient of many micro nutrients for eg vit d deficiency because we don't take good fat. For synthesis of vit d, good fat should be there in body.. But yes the oil should be cold pressed and ghee from desi cown unadulterated milk.

Hi, welcome back after long gap, were missing you badly, recipe looks absolutely delicious, please can we use steel pressure cooker instead of aluminium, according to ayurveda little ghee is key to loose weight, completely no oil or ghee will increase high vata and pitta. 👌💕🌹

Sir I have a request Could you please do a series on vegetarian food focusing mainly for diabetic diet. I guess same can also be followed for reducing weight. Hi Sir, Oil is not the reason for weight gain. Main reason for the Weight gain is excess consumption of refined carbohydrates like Rice, Wheat, Maida, Sugar, Corn.

Fats are essential to the body but the quantity and type of fat is important. Any fat, including oil, contains calories, so weight-loss definitely factors, among other nutrient groups, on the amount of oil one consumes. 1 gram of fat/oil contains roughly 9 calories.

For weight loss refined sunflower is ok but avoid salt . Use crystal salt.
