I love watching your videos. When I first started watching, it was a video of you speaking about something that I was going through also, seborrhea dermatitis. I used to have to wash my hair mostly everyday 😢 When I don’t, I ran the risk of digging my scalp until the skin breaks. Either way, this was about 1.5yrs ago. Fast forward to today, about the same amount of time where I’ve eliminated gluten from my diet 95%. The other 5% is when I’ve splurged as a Caribbean person and had potato/ cornmeal pudding, fried dumplings, or something other 😊 My scalp, skin and my digestive system has made great strides in recovery. I do believe it’s the gluten that was giving me all the discomforts. After elimination and reintroduction, I can safely say, that was the culprit. I can go 2/3weeks without a wash and not feel like I’m gonna lose my marbles. Hopes this helps anyone else, struggling with the same. ***Thank you for giving voice to this, because after years (all my life) of suffering, I can finally say I’ve had relief.
