I had to sub to you after seeing this. One of the best explanations I have seen yet. I just turned 1370 last night and did my 1st Argos raid this morning. A lot kept wiping and I think it is because they weren't paying attention (or didn't understand the color below them was significant-and changes) and they needed to be more aware. I knew because I watched your video :) Plus other raids have similar mechanics, so I really paid attention. Sadly, after 4 failed attempts (and trying to explain the mechanics the best we could) we just agreed to stop the raid. I would strongly suggest watching guide for supports and you will understand abit more. A other suggestion make sure you have active the buff effect for you're team in the settings (In case you would of masked the majority of player spell for clarity make sure to see those spells) some aoe that usualy are white/yellow are from bards/paladins and they are helpful to you dont run pls

An other thing to know is that supports in this game dont heal as much unless it'S a bard that is well optimised. Paladin are mainly shielding with yes some healing but bard give more direct healing. While paladin is more conditionnal and limited (The holy aura heal is more than just healing you want to use it a other times than just random healing) it's also a dps buff and a dmg taken reduction buff + a heal) the only other heal for paladin is after the shield they can use in average ~35sec if they dont get interrupted that is also based on there max hp

legendary gears is like a stepping stone to relic gears, so since you will change soon, you can choose anything at this point. (Most choose 4 chosen and 2 preordained)

Argos seems nice and easy for the most part, until maybe the Dial mechanic where people will just keep randomly hitting for sure. 1370 will be a long time for most anyways so people will prepare... right?

That's why I still haven't queued for Argos right here. The Abyssal Dungeons are already a pain and the worst part is the people who keep dying but refuse to listen or type in chat, you'd swear they were bots or just trolling. I could also be one to hold us back in Argos too because the HM Abyssal Dungeon where you fight Albion at the end I always struggle with the mechanic when you have to get the swipe patterns down when he's in the sky. It is just soooo fast compared to NM, I always take either huge damage or die.

After the weekly reset, how should I approach reclears if I want to reclear Phase 1, but also start progging Phase 2? What if a group gives up on clearing Phase 2, do I need to avoid claiming Phase 1 rewards, and reclear Phase 1 again everytime to even attempt a Phase 2 clear? Is that advised, given that Phase 2 clear may not be guaranteed, and I might miss out on Phase 1 reclear rewards if I wait too long and everyone else already cleared it for the week?

Yes it's a front/back attack indicator and yes it's a setting It was recently introduced quality of life change about a month ago in KR I don't think it's available in the NA/EU though

Hey can I ask you something that got me really worried for Complex raids... I currently doing the abyss dungeon "sea of indolence" the first 8 man raid. First part was surprisingly easy. Then I q for the 2nd part which is fairly easy for me because I have my iIevel higher than recommended (I notice boss not doing alot of damage to me) but the struggle of a pug group for match making is very noticeable... The stagger check is fairly simple but I've que for alot of times and everyone seems to wipe at it. Now I'm worried for a more complex raid because from the looks of it a regular matchmaking is not gonna work... How does the Korean/ru version deal with this? I imagine they don't have the server structure for matchmaking and use on the group finder to check players?

in KR server, everyone use party find to enjoy raid contents. KR users use matchmaking to do daily content, such as chaos dungeon, guardian raid. KR players can easily get battleitems(GoldRiver supplies items with simple events). so KR players just use battleitems to pass stagger, or weak point gimmicks. and for complex raid gimmicks, don't worry to much. as time goes on, players will be seasoned.

It's just very weird that people do matchmaking then quit after a few tries and mostly with toxic attitude... Next time I'll try group finder maybe it's more chill and organized... Also right now crafting alot of these bombs cost too much mats and gold, which I still kinda need for gearing.

No they do it not by party numbers but player number in their party so players 1 in both parties are at 1x3 = 3 oclock, players 2 are at 2x3 = 6oclock and so on. there are 2 different colored circles in each position.

@@ImJustPeter i started with a gunlancer, leveled it to 50, then used my 2 free boosts to level a shadowhunter and a sharpshooter. I main the shadowhunter, while using my other alts to juice up my gunlancer to tier 3, its currently sitting at t2 960 ilvl. I have a paladin that also just hit 560ilvl. I also have a sorc, sharpshooter, gunslinger all to do daily chaos dungeons to slowly earn mats that i can use to upgrade them to t2 later on. The trick with this game is to play as many classes as you can (given your playtime), and use them to juice up your so called main. Its all about horizontally progressing your account. That will net you the most fun. Dont give into the fomo.

@@ImJustPeter shadowhunter is fast, fun and flashy, does great damage, and feels really damn good when you hit the 800-1000 specialization stat mark due to meter generation (i play demonic impulse engraving) Paladin feels REALLY amazing in group content, but kind of slow and weak in solo content (like tower, questing, etc). Thats why i picked him as my third character to get to t2 slowly (hes still t1). In pvp though, holy fuck theyre probably top 3 class. Gunlancer started feeling good at 50 when i learned the fights and started to get staggers/counters down. Feels really good on top of all the shielding and support you provide.

You're not missing anything at all. You will be killing argos every week for months for mat drops and gold.

You don't need to gear up your alts cuz you'll eventually get passes to start your alts from T3 later and you also have no reason to buy the ridiculously expensive mats to catch up the whales cuz you will not be missing out anything from it. The best is to spend your time on rapport and adventure tome for skill point potions and other collectibles instead

1300 and 1370 is a big difference. You should be able to achieve T3 without major issues, it just will take some time if you are going at a slow pace. As for 1370, well, that will take quite a lot more time, especially if you sell your T3 mats while people rush to get Argus ready.

to answer your question, until you claim loot in any chosen phase you have cleared, you can run the dungeon as many times as you want. For example, if you guys beat phase 1, which is this whole video worth of patterns, and everyone agrees to receive the loot, you can no longer run the dungeon for the week. However, if you guys want to try and beat all the phases, you guys can continue your attempts, and choose not to receive the loot for beating the previous phases to hold onto your right to keep running the raid for the week. Long story short, until you receive your bounty, you can keep trying :)

Even tho i would love to be higher ilvl just to keep up, but it doesnt bother me THAT much in LA. Many collectables to farm, horizontal progression to do and so on. I know for a fact sooner or later they will increase the success chance so its not a loss loss for me either way. Ill bank all my gold and materials for when the time comes. If I was to waste all my royal crystals, gold and materials at once right now I know for a fact i would kick my ass later one once the market stabilizes

Everyone thinks you have to spend a lot of money to be 1370, they are wrong lol. Once you're in T3 making gold becomes super easy, gold you can spend on mats. I'm 1365 at the moment and I havent spent a dime.

Love how this game is focused on mlg pro players and whales. I feel like most of casuals will be leaving the game due to unforgiving mechanics, just one guardian raid boss has more mechanics than all of the bosses in a WoW raid. Sadly casuals make up most of the population.

Are players in the west really that dumb that they can't do bosses that have detailed videos that are 5 minutes long? I remember my guild wiping so many times to Mythic Painsmith, it was so rewarding in the end. If you don't enjoy a challenge then don't do the raid.

I dont know what kind of gamer you are, but dont expect everybody else is like you. I think you imagine casuals much less casual than they really are. I know there is content for all types of players, and you are not forced to do this guardian raid. But i also feel an easier version of the guardian raids with worse loot so casuals can experience the fight and see if the want to watch guides to do the harder version would be a good idea.
