I plan on running tempest because i like shooting beams. Where would cj be slotted in? Palm and what? Or can i supplement running qr or does it just have to be cj

I would use gales and qrs for raids I know already. I could start using cj on celestial palm and shadow breaker for raids I don't know well to have flexible dominion management.

Why is hallucination set viable now compared to before? What changed that pre balance dominion was significantly better than hallucination but now they are about the same?

Hallucination was always viable. Dominion just pops off in a real raid

Ceiling is EO > RS, Floor is RS > EO RS has higher floor, lower ceiling. EO has higher ceiling, lower floor.

RS is more of a constant burst dps cycle. while EO is a very high burst dps cycle in hype 3. What it comes down to is that, EO's hype 3 can fit more skills than RS.

6:55 Why would Dom and Hallu be equal in Trixion, but Dom better in real raid ? Dominion should be better in Trixion because the boss doesnt move so you can actually spam like a full retard and land all hits, which you can't necessary do in a real raid if the boss move, you need a big stagger mech... Is it because of crit syn ? We dont always have those. Hallucination with lv 10 CDR gems sounds more relayable... idk.

About the same in trix prolly because of keen blunt. Dominion really takes over in a real raid tho

In trixion maybe but in real raid situation, you can get crit synergy or your sup can have crit thingy on their bracelet. Or you get lucky and hit more crits, or you get elixirs with crit 4 months later. It is to min max so :D

@macjoobyung accounting for the KBW efficiency spreadsheet, MI does outperform KBW. Soulfists on Loawa have elixirs which influences the KBW efficiency numbers by quite a bit.
